This B2E Security Card app is to be used by employees of different (multiple) businesses. It is a FREE app for employees to download from the App Store and use. Businesses i.e. Employers of the employee’s are the customers of Peak Engage SaaS platform service. Businesses subscribing for the service will provide the list of authorized employee’s allowed to register and use the B2E Security app. Businesses will mandate and instruct their employees to download the app from the App Store and use it. There is an Business selection list on the first screen of the app. Employees will select their Business from the list and continue to employee verification and registration.
After an employee is verified and registered the content shown in the app is personalized for the employee and customized for the business. Each Business/Employer will configure and setup the content and engagement that they want to have with their employees via a portal on our server.
The app will enable employees to be able to perform the following functions:
1. Complete mandatory employee training for safety and security procedures at workplaces and business locations.
2. Stay in compliance with business and information security processes and policies of the organization.
3. Complete online trainings and course as required by the business on an on-going basis.
4. Complete surveys, feedbacks and reviews as required by the business.
5. Respond to all important and critical communications and alerts sent by the business from inside the application.
6. Function as an employee identity and verification card/badge for access to building and office facilities.
